Countdown to Christmas - Day 11

Evening,

We have had a fun if rather overwhelming day for the kids putting up the tree and Christmas decorations. They are all so excited and eager to help that inevitably it led to frayed tempers and it all becoming a bit too much. We wound the evening up with movie night. Popcorn and snuggles on the sofa while we watched a Boy called Christmas. 

Here are a couple of cards created using one of Jane Gill's fabulous old Christmas stamps.

I stamped and embossed the image onto kraft card and coloured the images with distress oxide inks

which work just as well on white cardstock.

I think we might have to have a bit of a chill day tomorrow, although I do still have teachers presents and cooking to do.
