Countdown to Christmas Day 8 - Crafty Cardmakers and More Christmas challenge

Hi All
Here we are at the start of another week, and the last CCM&More challenge for 2014.
Lin is once again our host, we have certainly made the 'Boss' work hard this year, although we are making it very easy for all of you since her chosen theme is Christmas.
My card has been made using what has become one of my favourite Christmas stamps this year.
I have stamped and embossed this beautiful Poinsettia onto purple card stock and then painted it with Watercolour Pearlex, wonderful at any time, but especially at Christmas.
I love the beautiful pearlescent shimmer that you get with these stunning watercolour palettes.
Unfortunately it is not easy to capture with my camera.
I have been a very lucky girl again this year, working with some of the nicest people in the crafting industry, and so I decided that I would put together a little prize of my own using some of the items bought from, or supplied by them.
We are also sponsored by SirStampalot.
This challenge will run for three weeks closing on 28th December and then we will return on 12th January after a well deserved rest. It will also give Lin a little extra time to pick a winner from what I am sure will be a long list of entrants.
Don't forget to stop by and show the rest of the TEAM some love, I know that they would all appreciate it.
This is also a DT call so if anyone fancies joining our very laid back team then add DT to your entry, or contact Lin via e-mail.
There are some more examples using this beautiful Poinsettia stamp in my blog posts for 28th November and 1st December , and I'm sure that there will be several more before this year is out lol.
Happy Crafting and hugs
Kimx

  1. Hi Kim, another gorgeous card using this beautiful stamp. The purple colour scheme is lovely and the Pearlex paints add a pretty shimmer. Sally D.x.

  3. I really like that stamp too - it looks completely different depending on what colours you use. I think the purple and lime combo is excellent...
