Window cards at Woodware.

Hi Everyone,
Long time no see.
Things have definitely not gone to plan for me over the last few weeks but hopefully I might start to get back to some sort of regular blogging soon.
This week it is my turn to choose the challenge for the Girls at Woodware.
I decided on 'Window Cards' inspired by something that my good friend Mynnette shared several years ago.
(See HERE for photo instructions)
I had a rather successful crafting and creating session, in fact I got rather carried away and ended up making three cards in all.
The background to this first card was made using my Creative Palette, dye based ink and Bubble Wrap.
I stamped and embossed Stampendous CRR131 Crowscape onto my piece of background and then die cut the leaf from the centre using a Stampendous die.
This card uses the same Crowscape stamp only this time I sponged the background with die based inks.
I added a circle mask before sponging the panel with colour, and then flicked some water at it for some added interest.
The 'Window' was cut with a large Circle die before layering it onto the card using silicon.
My final card uses the same stamp and another piece of background from my stash.
Once again I used the Stampendous leaf die and silicon to 'raise' the window panel.
This time I also decided to add a stamped panel to the edge of the card.
I hope that you enjoy my challenge. Don't forget to check out what the rest of the team come up with over the coming week.
Hugs and Happy Crafting.
