Our first Technique Tag at Davina's

Evening Everyone
I hope that you have had a good Saturday.
We had another great class at Davina's today, and they made the first of their Technique Tags.
As I had already made my tag I used the background piece that I created while showing them the technique to create the card I am sharing tonight.
I followed the latest sketch at Seems a Little Sketchy to create my card with colours that I copied from Gill, one of the lovely ladies on the class. It is quite amazing though how different the two panels actually looked even though they both used the same colour combo. Why is it that we always prefer how the other persons panel turns out over our own?
I used Woodware Wheat JGS273 and Vintage Sepia Versafine ink embossed with clear Embossing Powder  and then sponged with Pine Needles and Spiced Marmalade Distress Inks.
The ghosted image has been created by using the same clean stamp misted with water to stamp on to the inked panel.
I added Faux Stitching to the edge of the panel as well as some extra tiny dots and some Card Candi.
Craft Creations papers have been used in the background to mount the panel onto.
How good am I? I even stamped the envelope and insert before I finally tidied away the stamps and inkpads.
That's one challenge card to cross off the list. Maybe I can get another one finished tomorrow.
Night, night.
