Typical Bank Holiday weather, wet and windy, at least it has been here. And cold as well, but as I said typical for an English Bank Holiday. Maybe we will have better luck with the one at the end of the month.
This card was made using one of the stamps from a Penny Black clear set I bought quite some time ago. I love it. I actually have the original wood mounted one, it was among some of the first stamps I bought many years ago and is great for Men's cards.
The clear set contains a couple of greetings and I thought that it made a nice card for my neighbours who unfortunately had to have their dog put down.
The torn panel in the centre was created by stamping the grasses over a piece of background paper made with distress inks.
